Final Call: PM Gillard 77 Rudd 25
No bull, no guessing – we are the Dolphins – The Finnigans (The beautiful photos were done by @GeorgeBludger) - Michelle Rowland will not vote tomorrow, so the total will be: 102, not 103.
Our final count of the publicly declared support: PM Gillard 61 Rudd 19 with 22 Known Unknown. The question is how will the Unknowns break. Sportsbet is reporting the odds of PM Gillard $1.11 Rudd $6.25. Based on that we took the conservative approach and say the Unknowns will be break 70:30 to PM Gillard’s favour. This will give PM Gillard additional 16 votes to 77 and Rudd 6 votes to 25. That is our final call: 77 to 25

Thanks Finns,
Kevin Rudd told his four media co-conspirators that if he lost the first round, he would sit on the backbench
and distabalize from there. I wonder if he has Carr, Ferguson and Bowen’s support to do this.
Amanda Rishworth (Kingston) has declared for JG…on several occasions actually….latest today
Chris Hayes has declared for JG…(via Latika Bourke twitter)
Robert McLelland declares for Rudd…No surprise there…
Anna Burke refuses to comment…
…but both Gillard & Rudd camps say Anna Burke will support Rudd
Thanks for the new names, updated

What a day to be ISP challenged.
Maybe it will occur to Rudd that returning to Australia was a bad option.
Jess Rudd compares what’s happening here to China censorship – you just can’t make this stuff up. Too funny and too sad at the same time.

Oh FFS Lyndal – 30% Primary my ARSE.
Yvette D’ath declares for JG….Lyndal Curtis
Fatima@24 -yes, I phoned Melissa Parkes officeto complain about her being listed in Rudd’ s camp and was told that I should not believe everything I read in the papers! Calls are apparently running at 50/50 but they won’t necessarily inform her final decision. She is making no public statements, even to refute newspaper lists etc. since she doesn’t want to fuel flames……yadiyadiya…………
Frank….your mate Barnett says JG will have to win convincingly….”needs large majority”
FFS!!! Abbott has a majority of ONE….talk about double standards
Hey Barney, How much did Mr Rabbott win by again ?
And you know all about comebacks – just ask Deidre :-)

Just replied – Barneyn thinks Rudd can do a Lazaurus like he did with Troy Buswell.
Some more for the list:

As you know I am quite thick
“and spike milligan”????
Hmmm:
Has Kerry S rung Riley and read him the Riot Act ?

Re Jess Rudd, I’m sure she’s daddy’s girl, but I do wonder about that son of his. I have one of my own and grandsons too, and my heart went out to Marcus that day in June, 2010. Imagine having a father like Kevin Rudd, for god’s sake, master of manipulation, giant ego and unawareness of the needs of others around him. What a rotten thing to do, dragging him out to stand there behind his Dad at a time of utmost humiliation.
Finny,
I’m sure I heard Dougie say he was going with Rudd earlier this arvo.
There was a poor news guy who had to read the news, Spike Milligan sat down beside him with an open mike.
He inserted “and Spike Milligan” into the silly news stories and stayed silent during the serious stuff.
Fwiw….Latika tweets:
“Still have a bunch more to phone but going by what I have on the record, Rudd may struggle to get more than 30 votes, if that. #respill.”

So all the comments on PB is silly?
From Leroy:
You said it.

There are a few sensible ones, but the place has been taken over by Ruddistas. For the life of me I cannot understand how someone who has deliberately undermined the govt for personal gain, could still be respected. Especially his behaviour in the past few days. It has been disgusting.
